PTA is a nationwide organization which brings together parents, teachers, administrators, and students to enrich the lives of students and better our communities. By joining PTA, you become a voice of hope and support for future generations.

Cabrillo PTA's membership fee is $10. We also offer family memberships in the amounts of $100 (gold), $50 (silver), and $25 (bronze).

Where does the money go?

Portions of each $7 membership go to support local, state, and national PTA. The remainder of your membership fee stays with Cabrillo PTA and goes toward the annual budget for school programs sponsored by the Cabrillo PTA.

What do you get when you join Cabrillo PTA?

When you purchase a membership in Cabrillo PTA, you get a voice in the programs that the PTA will bring to Cabrillo, programs which directly affect your child's education. Among the programs paid for by the PTA are field trips, music assemblies, and book fairs. We supplement the cost of science programs and provide support for the Arts and Physical Education.

Our budgeted PTA expenditures average $72 per student. Membership (especially, our family memberships) provide an important part of our funding.
